In regards to the above conversation...and just for the record....
I am currently being medically separated from the Navy because I was badly injured during SEAL training last year. And I enlisted the month i graduated college because I believe America is the protector of Freedom everywhere.
Thank you

Lincoln was a dictator and a tyrant.

Under his Presidency he raised an army to invade his own country and thereby violated one of the most fundamental principles of Freedom and Natural Law- If one willingly enters the social contract, one then has the natural right to withdraw from the social contract. (John Locke, Second Treatise of Government) The soviergn states had every right to withdraw from the Union tyranny of unfair taxation and attempted forced industrialization of the Cotton States.

The Cotton States attempted to negotiate a peaceful solution, but it was Lincoln who started the war as he would have no compromise, no peaceful solution.

Historians are now in agreement that slavery would have ended without the War, and for the South it (slavery) wasn't an issue. Lincoln used the issue of slavery as a rallying cry and propaganda. Historians are also in agreement that the Southern states would have eventually rejoined the Union willingly.

It was also under Lincoln's rule and the Radical Republican Congress where the Tax Act of 1862 reclassified individuals as corporations.

During "reconstruction" the US Govt was reorganized into a corporation, (See United States 28USC or Title 28- Part 6, ch 176, subchapter A, subsection 3002) and our right to common law (Article 3, Sec 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution) was usurped and replaced with statutory law, precisely, on June 11, 1878. (Ch 180, 20 Stat. 102)

Also, the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified and was never signed by then President Andrew Johnson who was against the Amendment and felt it created a "de facto" government. The 14th is cited as the corporate jurisdiction for the US govt with the income tax, Roe v Wade, striking down school prayer, not allowing public display of the Ten Commandments, Obamacare, Crap n Tax,...

How was the 14th passed? By fake executive order #6 on July 20, 1868, and fake executive order #7 on July 28, 1868 which was signed by Sec of State William Sewart, not President Johnson. (see Journal of the House of Representatives, vol 64, page 563, March 2, 1867)

May I also remind you that nowhere in the Constitution is there authorization for an Executive Order to ratify an Amendment to the US Constitution...

In fact, 23 Senators were excluded from the Senate in order to secure a 2/3 vote for adoption (Congressional Record, June 13, 1967, pp 15461-15646.) This is in direct violation of Article 1 Section 3, and Article 5 of the organic Constitution.

Futhermore, Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the organic Constitution strikes the 14th null.

If one wants to know where our government was "fundamentally transformed" from the Founders intent- it began with the swearing in of Lincoln.

You want tyranny? Read "War Crimes Against Southern Civilians" by Walter Brian Cisco

http://books.google.com/books?id=tsDpBgQK-x4C&printsec=frontcover&dq=war+crimes+against+southern+civilians&source=bl&ots=xEjhawwKct&sig=eUWIvryOvLdez8UPfo0tqF4UXyM&hl=en&ei=QRxjTbfQOdKTtwfFlIiMDA&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=5&sqi=2&ved=0CDsQ6AEwBA#v=onepage&q&f=false

When you're talking Freedom and Liberty, you best come correct, or don't come at all.

That being said, I miss you, and for the love of God- no more Lincoln quotes.

Sincerely,

Chief Special Master of Philosophy Czar

Mike,
the reason that individuals do not know how to talk to their bosses is because the Unions have usurped that knowledge form the employee.

As for me serving in the marine corps, I have to say
I have to say I'm glad we went over to Iraq and Afghanistan. Imagine what it would
have been like if we haven't. It's common sense, some terrorists fly a plane, killing thousands of Americans, on our soil constitutes an act of war. Maybe the reasoning for the Iraq war was flawed, but i'm still glad we went over there to free the Iraqi people. And as far as the oil goes, where is my free oil for fighting over in Iraq? The troops should get all the spoils of war!
